IRTC: Is IRTC for povray users only?

 I don't agree with that. I can't think POVRay user are so bad voters. IMHO,
this is a question with 2 aspects:

  1) The most used program, and with difference, it's POVRay. So, it's not
     surprising that the winners habitually use POVRay.
  2) IMHO, and also in many others opinion, POVRay is the most realist
     raytracer. Even with no much work it gives very real images, since in
     other packages its really hard to get realist images. (This is also
     the reason why I rate high good images done with other non free packages).

 Nooooooo! I think you entered the wrong competition. This competition has
3 rating sections, you know. And you MUST vote in all of them. If you vote
only on how the image looks, how you rate tech? You are giving the same 3
rates for the image?

 For example, if someone picks an amazing picture from other and submits as
his image and gives no explanation about techs in the txt, are you sure that
you want to give it 20-20-20? I'm not!

 Well, I think I've started again the "rating system" discussion... sorry!
